Welcome to International Programs at Purdue

The Office of International Programs at Purdue University is dedicated to the development of educational opportunities, research, and other services essential to Purdue's ability to perform its land-grant university mission in the context of the global environment of the 21st century.

Global Business Engagement

The Global Business Engagement (GBE) initiative draws on Purdue’s multiple strengths to stimulate international business transactions for Indiana and the University, while supporting Purdue’s learning and discovery missions.    By systematically leveraging Purdue’s assets-- including international students (and their parents), faculty, alumni, technology, research parks, training, services, connections with foreign universities--we plan to generate more foreign investment and trade for Indiana.  GBE seeks to link Indiana firms with Purdue generated foreign  business opportunities.

For more information contact the GBE executive director, Mark Van Fleet, at 765-494-0614 (mvanfleet@purdue.edu).  To participate in our online business partnering system see:  www.gbe.purdue.edu.
